I facilitate identity rebirth after trauma—through coaching, energy work, retreats, and storytelling—for the woman whose pain has kept her stuck in cycles of self-sabotage and self-abandonment.
A collaborative community of cycle breakers, generational chain breakers, and shadow workers coming together to share wisdom, strength, and hope—and finally burn away the stories of the past.

My signature 1:1 Coaching Program is for women who crave IDENTITY REBIRTH after trauma. This is for the woman who knows that she is meant for more, but cannot seem to escape the darkness of her own mind. Its for the woman with deep desire that is unarmed against her own self sabotage.
This is for the woman who is tired of lying to herself and is ready to do the work to UNBECOME who she has always been so that she can discover who she was always meant to be.

Events
Ash & Honey Events are a collaborative experience. A community where women's voices are encouraged to be exercised. A space to open, expand, cry & release. However, we also play. We allow our inner child to be in full expression, our inner diva shine through and glow in the dark.
These events are where both light and dark co-exist in holy harmony.

My Story
How Ash & Honey was Born

Hi - I'm Melissa.
Trauma Informed Coach and Founder of Ash & Honey.
I facilitate identity rebirth after trauma by helping women rewrite their identity through shadow work, energy clearing and inner child healing,
I work with women 1:1 in my signature coaching program and I create community spaces for women to heal and thrive in sisterhood
Ash & Honey was born from my own journey of death and rebirth.
If you have considered working with me in any capacity, you should know....this is not for the women who want to dip their toe in.
The work we do, be it in 1:1 coaching or an in person event or retreat, is deep....its slow, it can be painful at times as you face deep truths within yourself you have likely spent lifetimes running from.
It is NOT a quick fix.
I have spent the last 10 years of my life in deep devotion to breaking generational chains, rising from the ashes of my old life, and rebuilding a life so meaningful, so purposeful, and so beautiful that I am now grateful for the very experiences that once brought me to my knees.
But not without going in to the fire.
Not without facing my shadows.
Not without allowing old versions of me to die.
And certainly not without loss.
If you are ready to walk into the version of you who is fearless, the version of you who speaks loudly, takes up space, honors her needs and her emotions.
If you desire to come in close connection with yourself and build a loving romantic relationship with you, it will require letting go of what is attaching you to your old life.
An outdated identity must be left behind, and with it, your comfort zone must be abandoned.
I believe in the power of the cycle breaker, because I am one. I have witnessed the ripple effect of this work and I believe in it....with every fiber of my being.
And it is my personal mission to help every woman I can realize her own power, divinity and ability to create.
