The ash represents what’s been burned away: survival mode, old identities, inherited pain, and every version of you that was never truly you.
The honey is what remains: truth, softness, strength, sensuality, soul — the feminine that can flow when she’s no longer just trying to survive.
Rooted in deep inner work, somatic healing, sisterhood, and sacred reclamation, Ash & Honey guides women through their becoming — not into someone new, but into the wholeness they’ve always been.

Through shadow work, inner child healing, and nervous system regulation, you’ll rewire at the root so you can rise into clarity, confidence, and authentic self-worth.
Group Coaching
A guided experience for women who want transformation alongside community. Group coaching blends teaching, shadow work, and accountability inside a container of sisterhood. This is where you learn to break free from limitations, embody self-trust, and build the habits and identity that support lasting change—while being seen, supported, and celebrated by women walking the same path.

Ash & Honey is a collective of coaching, retreats, and events that transforms ashes into honey—helping women burn down old stories, heal the inner child, and step into their most authentic, empowered selves.
The Ash & Honey Movement was born from my own journey of death and rebirth—breaking generational chains, rising from the ashes of my old life, and rebuilding a life so meaningful, purposeful, and beautiful that I am now grateful for the very experiences that once limited my capacity to feel joy.
